Sacramento park gets makeover | News
SACRAMENTO, CA - Cesar Chavez Memorial Plaza is undergoing a major makeover.
Crews closed off portions of the park Monday while they add raised planters, extend walkways and update landscaping.
This is phase one of a three part plan to renovate and update the park. The renovation is funded through private developmental money.
Construction is expected to be done in May.
